The following services are carried out by Ealing Council:
A church affiliated basketball club based in Hackney providing an out of school activity for young people in the community. SAT: 1pm - 2pm - club practice at the Queensbridge Sports & Community Centre, Holly Street, E8 3XW.
The Forest Road Young People s Centre is managed by the Holly Street Partnership, which is made-up of a range of agencies committed to delivering and achieving excellent services for young people in the Holly Street area. As a result, the programmes delivered, both at and from the centre, are done so by a range of partners. Projects: Hackney Youth Bike Maintenance Project (cross borough bicycle training and maintenance facilities that are for young people in Hackney); extra Time Project (a life skills, job readiness and music/multi-media, drama, dance and sports project. A variety of other activities for young people including an IT workshop, arts and crafts, CV building, and homework support. Also provides 8 weeks outreach work.
